ORDER PROCESSING TIMES UPDATE (September 2022):
DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUMES PROCESSING TIMES ARE NOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
After we receive your order an order confirmation email regarding processing and shipping will be sent to your email address. Order processing times usually take from 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped an email containing the tracking number and the associated service carrier. Shipping times usually take up to a week from ship date.

We normally ship via DHL, if your address requires a buzz code or enter phone number to bypass lobby kindly add that and your suite number in the second line address field.

In most cases packages may be sent separately due to item warehouse availability.
We are not responsible for any custom/clearance fees and any lost packages once your order is shipped, as the responsibility lays on the carrier company and yourself to track the package and follow-up accordingly. Please contact your designated carrier that your order has been shipped with if this applies to your order. If for whatever reason the courier company is unable to deliver the items and returns the items to us, you may be given a refund minus the fees imposed to return the items.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic shipping may take up to 10 business days via DHL for you to receive your package unless emailed otherwise.
Our web-processing has three phases.
- Order received: you will get a WEB order number. Payment will be shown on your credit card(but it has not yet reached VAUDDEN) : authorization hold.
- Payment received (2 - 3 days after): our payment processor has confirmed your payment. At this point the product will be removed from inventory and allocated to you.
- Order shipped: Our team has prepared your order and you will receive a second email with a tracking number via DHL unless emailed otherwise. in RARE cases we may ship via UPS or your local mail carrier ( Local mail carrier will require partial refund costs)** Local Mail Carrier method is extremely rare.
